FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT
Isabelle Millevoix is a construction and project controls professional with over 15 years of experience delivering complex infrastructure programs at scale. She has supported multi million dollar federal transportation projects and managed scheduling and controls across multi billion dollar capital portfolios. Her expertise spans program scheduling, cost controls, certified payroll, and risk management, with a strong foundation bridging field operations and executive level program delivery. Isabelle holds a BS in Project Management, an MBA, and is currently pursuing a Master of Construction Management. She is a member of PMI and AACE.
